useless hazel

sterns at carnival mall. i was there early january explained to one of the ladies about my earrings that i purchased from the store about 2 years ago. the lady said to me bring it in we will send for quote to fix the hook. i took it on saturday, the lady was not there but there was another lady Hazel, i explained to her she tells me to take it to another place... i said to her i am asking you to send it for a quote and i will pay... she then asks for the receipt... as if i was lying that i bought it from sterns..... i am a paying customer and Hazel was absolutely rude and not helpful... disgusting to be a frontline of a store and so useless...
