Useless customer service

I want to let everyone know how disgusted I am with Sterns, East Rand Mall. Poor is an understatement for what type of service they are giving their customers.

When is it ever all right to shout at customers and telling them to be quiet! And then talking to another customer!

At this point "they are a disgrace and f@@@@@king useless!!!! Please stay away from Sterns!!

We went to American swiss instead, beautiful, loving assistance.
