Update ITC
I paid up sterns account last year December 2018 , received paid up letter from consumer friend, But my profile on ITC was not updated it shows I am in arrears this is affecting me ,
Went to the branch couldn't get help ,called call centre still no assistance.
Please help update my balance on ITC and close the account .
