Unwillingness to serve

Sterns Cradlestone worst service ever. I walk in two sales ladies in shop. One pretends to be busy with "stock"... PRETEND LITERALLY. Other one just looks at me as if to ssy WHAT DO YOU WANT Then she finally assists me and ALL of a sudden the one apparently BUSY now helps another (black) customer. I immediately got the feeling neither wNted to assist me because I am white. Have been a loyal customer for a long time Not sure if I will EVER go back unless they change their attitude.
