Unsatisfactory service

I left my son's watch with Sterns Mdantsane City Mall on the 23rd of May 2025 to replace a pin and whenever I call or enquire am told to wait for them to call me whenever they have it. Just taking a watch for a pin replacement can take almost 3 months. Does that fair even make sense?
