Unsatisfactory Customer Service

I went to buy a watch for somebody's birthday today. Upon entering the shop, I was not greeted and my hands were not sanitized. The customer service at this Sterns' branch was quite disappointing, the saleswoman was not willing to communicate to me regarding the products. After paying for my watch, she did not put the watch into the box properly and she then forced the box to be closed by hitting it. I would strongly suggest that Sterns looks into the customer service at the Centurion Mall branch since it was unsatisfactory.
