Unprofessional service regarding watch quality and warranty
Truly disappointed in STERNS' after sale service. the staff at the Grove mall are unwilling to assist with a bad and "no care" attitude. I bought a gold plated watch for my wife, after a few wears, the color started pealing off the watch. Sterns is simply refusing to assist in any way.
