Unprofessional and rude staff members at prominade

I'm writing to express my disappointment with the service I received at the Prominade shopping center store on 5 December 2025. I was advised by a sales person to purchase smart watches that were on special, but upon further inspection, I found that they lack a key feature I was looking for - the ability to receive message notifications. When I returned to the store to enquire about this on the 11th December I was spoken to rudely by the manager, Karren, who refused to offer a refund or exchange, citing no clear reason. I feel that the sales person failed to provide adequate information about the product's features, leading to my dissatisfaction. I'd like to request that you investigate this matter and provide a resolution.
