Unhappy

I am unhappy with the service received at Mall Of the South, I got there to pierce my little girl, And I was told there is only one person that is available to pierce and i was asked if it's fine I said yes, I was than told that she was advised that she can't do it alone because it wouldn't be fair on the baby , I was than told if I can go to American Swiss ? As I was walking out they told me nah they will check with American Swiss and ask a lady that side to come which she did, Now the other ear was not pierced properly by the other lady that came to assist which really doesn't make sense for the fact that it's unfair on the baby now it is really unfair on my baby because the other earring had to be taken out because it was hooking her clothes, Now I need to wait again which she's going to feel pain again? My girl is left with one earring now? How does that even work out? Please advise what is the process of this all because definitely it did not work in my favor? One thing I know is it is possible that one lady does this although it might take longer and all but there was no need for all of this.
