Unfairness

I bought a pair of 9CT Drop Earrings on 12th January 2019 for R1199.00 and paid by Mastercard at Sterns Table Bay Mall. The one broke so I took them back to be fixed and collected them on 23rd January 2020 and had to pay R190.61 for the repair. They recently broke again in the same place and I was told by the Manageress to bring them back to be sent away for investigation to see if it was my fault they broke and if not would let me know if I must pay to get them fixed a second time around. I do not think this is very fair. Being a 70 year old Pensioner have not left my home since Lockdown and neither do I drive and as I live in Melkbosstrand it is very inconvenient to be traipsing backwards and forwards when I know these earrings were badly made. Therefore I would request a refund for the earrings and repair and sincerely hope you will consider this. Mastercard ***81 2460 Thanks Karen Schafer ***
