Unbelievable bad service and quality

We bough a engagement ring at sterns sasolburg. It was a rose gold 2 piece ring, we got it re-sizing , when they return the ring the ring was plain gold on some pieces, we returned it again, it came back a second time with the same problem. We went into store to as what can we do about it, the store manger was very rude said she not going to help use , and will return the value of the ring, we have been waiting 5 days for the return and they also do not want to return the amount of the re sizing of the ring.
