Unacceptable pathetic Service

<p>Hi I went to the trade route mall store on Thursday 07/07/16, it was only my wife and I in the store and I was looking to purchase her a ring. We walked around the store browsing while one lady seemed to be doing stock take and the other lady just looked at us and went to the back of the store. We were not greeted or acknowledged that we are in the store, I eventually went to the lady who was doing stock take and asked who the manager was, she said Perry and she is not in, so I told her when she does come in please ask her to call me than maybe I would get some service , she than told me "can you not see we are busy if you want help why don't you come to us and ask for it" so I told her don't bother telling the manager anything I'll spend my money elsewhere , I find this behavior to be intolerable since the store was not even busy. A really bad experience which would make never want to shop at the store ever again.</p>
