Treated like a stupid

i just wanted to report that i was treated bad and like a stupid in sterns in phoenix Plaza by the lady name Sabrina .... i have an account with sterns but when i walked in asking for help she didnt even care but just shut me OFF . customer service is very important for the image of the business i dont know if she did that because of my race . please assist with this
