Third Year of Poor Service at Sterns Stellenbosch (Eikestad Mall)

I purchased a watch online via the Bash app and subsequently took it to Sterns at Eikestad Mall in Stellenbosch for adjustments. The store refused to assist me, despite my explanation that I have consistently taken all my online watch purchases to them in the past.

This marks the third consecutive year that I have encountered difficulties with this store. In previous years, I was eventually assisted after some persuasion. However, on this occasion, the staff outright refused to help.

This experience is deeply disappointing. I am left to question whether Sterns is part of the Bash retail group, as their refusal to assist with a purchase made within the group undermines the customer experience.

Given the ongoing service challenges, I do not foresee myself making any future purchases from any Bash stores.
