The treatment must be equal & policy can’t change over night

I bought a ring last month on the 16 so when I return it today the lady called Khantse told me the is a new return and exchange policy now that I don’t know off cause at the back of the till still it state that you can return anything that has its original stuff and never used so now I cannot change this **** and can’t get a refund cause of you ****ed up workers that your shop hired or is it because I’m black I won’t get the same treatment as white . transaction NO : CA ********** 026703
