The most horrific service from STERNS N1City

Let me begin by saying that no one in STERNS cares about you after you walked out of the shop.

I purchased a +-R 6 500.00 wrist watch from them 3 or 4 months ago with insurance from them. About a month after purchase I had a incident with the watch and took it in to the N1 City Branch where it was purchased so that I can claim from the insurance to repair the watch.

It is now approximately 2 months later ( could be longer I have lost track through all the frustration ) I have contacted Head Office , N1 City Branch and customer care and just never get any answers nor any return calls at all. Myself and my wife have contacted them numerous times and all to no avail.

I am appalled by the absolute horrific service from STERNS N1 City and STERNS as a entity.

I personally will after this instance NEVER EVER support this company again , there are many other firms that will give much better service than STERNS does.

Thank you STERNS for opening my eyes before I had the opportunity to make the mistake of making larger purchases from you.
