TFG STERNS ONLINE PROMOTIONAL ARE A NIGHTMARE

I am highly disappointed by the online Sterns Foschini Group. It is disappointing that client service is not valued by such a well known brand- I doubt that I will ever think of the group when I need to make a purchase. I spent days trying for my order to be resolved and I am told to receive a partial order instead of the items reflected on the website. I do not understand why reflect an item as promotional and tell me as the client that I will only receive the item after investigation. I will never bother referring these stores to anyone as the service is disappointing. The worst part is I have been wasting my time and airtime to resolve my query with no luck whatsoever. DISAPPOINTING to say the least.
