TFG and bash have given me the worst online service with Lies and Empty promises

I bought a necklace from sterns online a week ago through bash, on thursday the 9th i got a call that my order was forgotten by the courier (ram) and i will get my order the following day which is a friday, on friday i receive a call around 15: 00 that the courier wont be able to deliver order another delivery date will be rescheduled, I should expect my order the latest on the 14th.

On monday there was no communication or what so ever from TFG and bash regarding my order, when i do my follow ups I was informed that the courier was high jacked, i will get my refund in 10 days, I NEVER ASKED FOR A REFUND TO WAIT FOR 10 DAYS, ALL IM ASKING FOR IS MY ORDER AS PROMISED AND STOP WITH .YOUR LIES AND EXCUSES. NOW NOBODY IS EVEN .RESPONDING TO MY EMAILS.
