How disappointing and disgusting service of Sterns..My son birthday was October last year and i bought him a watch at N1city branch, not even a month pin of his strap broke.. I took the watch into Sterns Zevenwatch nearest to me on the 05 December 2019 up till now i am still waiting...which is a disgusting 2 months already havent receive a call or nutin i went twice store lame excuse everytime.....i wont recomment any1 open account or buy by them...bad service ever and bad part of it receipt shows was suppose get da watch last month already....this is not da 1st problem i have tfg.....first dey rob me with cost add my account and now this.... People stay away from this bad retail shop under tfg
