Terrible service from Sterns

I cancelled my lay-by at Sterns Eastgate mall Monday morning and they couldn't refund me because they didn't have cash, I was suppose to be contacted and refunded by the end of business day Monday as the lady working at sterns stated, I wasn't refunded or contacted and have to keep calling and running after them for my funds!
