Terrible service

I entered a competition for the sterns eastern bridal fair and was notified last week Friday that I had won 2 tickets and it would be emailed, after following up multiple times I was told it would be sent today, still nothing received

Tomorrow is Friday and the show is this weekend, how do people traveling a distance make arrangements when sterns is so unprofessional. Won’t be entering any competitions going forward since they are not even legit
