Terrible quality.

I bought a beautiful Opal Cubic Zirconia Crystal ring online on the 11 October. It was delivered and collected on the 19th of October from Foschini Centurion Mall. I was so excited to get home and open it and start wearing it. It was a perfect fit.

Two days in and I noticed two of the cubic zirconia stones had fallen out. I was so upset and disappointed because I took care of it. I immediately sent a email to sterns or tgf customer care explaining how disappointed I was that I have only had this ring two days and it looks like I bought it from some cheap sidewalk shop.

I threw away the box because I did not expect this to happen. But I have all my receipts and courier receipts and my money was happily taken and I have not received one call or response to that email.

I want either a replacement or my money back. I am so very disappointed.

I usually buy from America Swiss. Not once had any issues with there goods and the one time I buy from Sterns this happens. Leaving a bad taste in my mouth.

I would like an answer soonest please.
