Terrible and ************* service

Complaint about Sterns Key-West We went to Sterns Key-West around 9:00 in the morning. We were their first customers for the day. We wanted to get male earrings for my boyfriend which we find a pair in the display box and advised they lady that works there that we would like this pair as we could see the price on the label and it was within our budget. The label said R199.99. Firstly we had to wait a while for them with the system as they said they are struggling but we can pay with cash. We accepted as I knew I had enough cash to pay for it in my wallet. The lady then stated they are R250.00 as the prices went up overnight. We had a disagreement as we showed her the tag that shows R199.99 but she said no we weren't supposed to see the tag and that the system updated the prices. We continued arguing and then she said no she will give them to us for R199.99 but the friend next to her said no they want the R250.00 and we said we won't accept as it is ***** 😒 R50 is not a big difference but we had a feeling they were taking us for fools and the kept speaking to each other in their African language which we couldn't understand 👎
