Tempo watches a dissapointment, Tempo its ****

My husband bought me a Tempo watch in February 2017 at Wonderpark sterns, immediately after 6 month the glass fell off. I went to sterns in Pretoria church street for repairs. they told me that the guarantee is within 6 months which I understood. I agree to pay for the repairs. they book in my watch it took approximately 4 weeks for repairs it came back and I went to collect and pay R77.00 for repairs on 08 November 2017, the following 09 November 2017 the glass fell off I immediately took it back to sterns. I was told that the there is a possibility that the watch will come back next year 2018, which I understood. I got a call 11 December 2017 that my watch is back from repairs. when I went to the shop to collect the lady who called me that the watch is back but not fixed because the repairs they cannot fix their product. Tempo failed to fix their own product now I am stuck with a watch without a glass. I was told to go and look for a receipt maybe when I bring the receipt the manager might replace it.
