Such great service from this humble soul

Tumi has been great and has contributed greatly in making my husband's birthday special. I went to the store on the 21 Sep to request her to order a certain watch and on the 22 Sep she called and informed me that the watch has arrived. I bought it on the 23 Sep and the watch was faulty, still went back to the store but didn't have my slip, but she gave me alternatives and assisted me to her best to get a solution. Thank you so much for the great service and helping me put a smile on my husband's face.
