still no help
Went back to sterns canal walk.workers there they seems clueless about sterns policies they say I cannot return the watch.i must take it from them and people that helped me before are not working there anymore.I was told to leave my number then manager will call me back .it has been a week now.stern o bought the watch from them they kept watch and my money and I have nothing.
