Still do not have my ring but I am happy since I now see progress

Sterns Sandton City taught me that you do not need a person in a high position to get help,you just need someone who is passionate about their work.I got a call that I will get a new ring.Got to the store and the ring was too small.5 sizes from the original size and I was told that they need to make a new one from scratch.

The manager however did not follow up.I was helped by a lady called MJ.She really is a very nice and helpful person..She even called me today to inform me about the progress of my ring.Hold on to her,she is an asset in your company.She is passionate about her job and also takes time to give great advice.I wanted a different ring,I did not want the same one since this one is giving me a problem for the second time..Unfortunetly there are no other options for me to choose from..Thank you MJ for being a great help.
