Still do not have my ring

The 10th September 2017,I dropped off my Forever New at Stern Sandton City,because stones were falling off.Well I was told that they will not be fixing it because it is normal for stones to be falling offba R15 000 ring after a year. Anywat I was told it will be taken to quality control,which will take up to a month maximum.On 23rd October 2017 I wrote a review that I still do not have my ring and also how I get bad attitude when I call the store .The store manager called after 2 days and re-assured me that the ring is on it's way and they still need to reach a decision about it.Well Friday will be 2 months with my ring gone and I get no explanation from anybody..Sterns so I get bad service and bad attitude and also you do not wana fix my ring..Should I be quiet and happy about all this??Honestly guys I just want my ring back.
