Sterns Wonderpark Mall Pretoria

I lay byed a ring at sterns wonderpark mall Pretoria, but then i decided to cancel it last week Monday, the lady who was assisting me said that ill have to wait until they have made the R2000 which they owe me, later on last week Monday they called and said i must come collect the money but unfortunately I was not around so i told the lady that I will come the next day, but she said i will have to wait for their call again until they have made the money, i was very surprised by this, since then until today 27 August 2019 i have been waiting for their call they keep saying they haven't made the R2000 when i call them, hows that possible????
