Sterns will harass u for R2 on ur a/c!!!

I am still disgusted with Sterns for not responding to my previous complaint. They don't keep to their promise!<br> I pd R35 less on my instalment. I am being harassed to pay that R35!!! I did pay though in fact I pd them R50!! I don't see what's the issue when I paid them R1800 instead of R1835 and they have charged me interest on the R35! so why harass me for the R35 when they can just charge it to the next instalment?<br> <br> one thing for sure I will close this account and will discourage my friends and family from ever opening an account with Sterns or the Foshini Group because they don't know how to treat their customers!!!!<br> <br>
