Sterns - ********* business practice

My husband bought me a gold chain at Sterns on 3 Dec and I dmtiik it out of its gift box on 11Dec. Tje chain crumbled in my hands as I took it out of the box, broken into 3 pieces. Not even a week old and Sterns cannot repair it and is refusing to replace or refund me. So we paid R1500 for a broken chain. Sterns is not Trustworhy and have no business ethics. Think twice before you buy anything from them. I am disgusted by the service.
