sterns trade route

so friday 2/2/23 at past one i took my ring that i bought in december back to the store at Trade route mall. i gave them the receipts as well as left my name surname as well as id number with the Guy at the counter that was busy with the books. there was also a lady at the pc who was busy with my ring. the guy told me i will receive an sms to say that the ring has been sent in for repairs as the stones were falling out. i also asked him if i could not just get a different ring as it was not even six months since the ring was bought and this is happening he said no refund and replacement takes 30 days. anyway i waited for an sms to no avail. i call them this morning and they are lost no one knows anything about my ring they are all at a loss. they dont seem to know what was done with my ring or my details that was given to them. i am at a loss honestly.
