Sterns to Sterns pickup only. No other TFG online items allowed.

Bought items online and picked Sterns Mall of the North as my pickup point on the system. Order was sent in splits and waited till everything had arrived for me to make one trip to the store. Called the store to inform them i will be coming in and was rudely asked who gave me permission to use the store as my pickup point. Lady emphasised that items were NOT safe in their store and that I should NEVER again use this address as they don't sell items that i ordered.
