Sterns tips people off

I am so annoyed with Sterns. I took my ring to ba made smaller at Sterns Cresta and it came back bigger than when I took it. I only realised this when I got home and it was upsetting because I paid R200 for this. I then went to Sterns Southgate because it is closer to where I stay to see if I can get it fixed and they told me that I will have to pay more than R200 to get it to the size I originally wanted and that they will call me to let me know how much it would cost.

This was 3 weeks ago and I still haven't heard anything from them. I have called and called and the phone just rings.
