Sterns the ******

<p>Took my watch to Sterns Centurion mall for a battery change , was shown and told verbally it would cost R250 , when I went to collect my watch the price had changed to R 500 . Surprisingly that was "always the price" . The lady who had assisted me first time wasn't there so I didn't have a valid argument as they now had a booklet showing a price of R500 . So what Stern does is rip people off by keeping two booklets with different prices . I would have understood if they said their prices went up but I was delibretly misled into believing the battery would cost R250 . It's such a shame when customers are ********** of their hard earned money. </p>
