Sterns Sucks

<p>So I purchased my engagement ring at Sterns on West Street (Durban), planning to propose to my girlfriend. All went well until obviously her finger was too small for the ring, that's then all the hell started. On the 19th December 2016 the ring was then to Sterns Pinecrest (Pinetown) alterations or adjustments, her finger was measure but a week later the ring came back still huge. Apparently the store assist wrote down th wrong code, then once again it had to go back to be re-done and with extra payment that had to be done. Today is the 10th January 2017 and her ring isnt back, I've been to Sterns numerous times and made calls. They forever giving me stories about coming back in a day or so, she's suppose to be enjoying this moment but unfortunately we have to deal this incompetence.</p>
