STERNS SUCK

Today I bought a watch at Markhams which is part of the TGF Group today as a gift. I asked the lady if they have boxes and she said no. I then went into Sterns to ask the ladies there if they can assist me with a box. I was referred to ask the manager. She said they have boxes but cant assist because the person will assusme I bought the watch from them. I said but you guys are all part of the TFG group and its not like I bought the watch from a different retailer. The manager was just unhlpful rude and not very customer friendly. Please ensure that your staff is customer friendly specially if you in a managerial posotion. The fact that she didnt even great just left a bad impression with me and that was enough reason for me to proceed with closing my account.
