Sterns Springs Mall - Worst chains ever and experience

Springs mall Sterns has the worst customer service and jewellery, Worst experiencing, I bought a gold chain for my wife in December that was suppose be 9 carrot gold, the chain was weak, clips started braking within a week and thecolour faded, Theresa at front desk still wanted me to pay for fixing it, which is not customer service, I then threatened to call my lawyer, she then took the chain, I still have received my refund, I don't even want another chain just want my money and no one has taken the time to call me, I have to keep on calling and no one gets back to me
