Sterns Somerset mall
Customer service at Sterns Somerset mall just sucks being sent away 3 times in a week because there's no manager om duty to do a refund. How is it the customers problem if there's no one on duty to authorise a refund. Very disappointed. This is just inconvenient for any customer.
