Sterns should stick to selling jewellery

I bought 2 Samsung A2 Core phones on the 6th of January 2020 and was assisted by Kelly. The one phone was for myself, and the other for my in-law. My phone acted up on the 2nd day of using it and I took it back to the store on the 7th day of buying it.

They took it back and I fetched it after a month and they assured it is fixed. They said the issue with it was a software which needed to be updated. The phone still keeps on freezing and shows duplicate of my apps. I am convinced that they sold me a secondhand phone, even though they assured me that they don't sell secondhand phones.

It was my first time buying phone there and will never again buy from the store!!!
