Sterns selling **** rings and **** jewellery and claiming its real with **** certificates
I bought a white Gold Ring with diamonds at Sterns. I got the slip and everything and the value of the diamonds was supposed to be R10 000.00. The ring is losing color and on top of that 6 jewellers are saying that its not real. I cannot resell it because they all say its **** with the diamond certificate. wow, imagine my certificate and being told its ****. A reputable company like Sterns selling me a **** ring. I feel so disgusted i can't even insure this ring because whats the point if Sterns sold me a **** ring. The slip even means nothing and yet i paid so much for it.

22 Jan 2024, 05:12My request was just closed without resolution on this matter. Sterns didnt even bother to call me back. The ring is going bronze not even my silver rings go bronze and this is supposed to be white gold. The poor workmanship on the ring done by sterns shows where the ring was cut and now its bronze.
