Sterns selling damaged/**** diamond rings

I am very disappointed and ****ed how we bought a diamond ring that is worth over 30k and I have worn it for 1 full month since I was attached to my engagement ring but 1 diamond fell off. I feel ****** and ****med because why does my promise ring and my engagement ring which I both bought at sterns at a very low price between R800 - R1300 still not damaged or stones not falling off but boom over 30k just get damaged just like that and now I must pay R953,06 to get it fixed like hell I will. All I can say is that due to what happened showed that sterns sells damaged/faulty products or **** because I hate to see myself looking like a fool after I bought the ring last year December and July the diamond was off I went to the branch in August I was told warrenty is 6 months after they sold me already damaged ring. Don't bother buying a diamond ring from sterns you will regret it just like I do right now. The least sterns can do is give me a ring worth the money I paid or fix their damaged product which they sold to me. After trusting and supporting sterns with all my rings this is what I get for my wedding I'm so ****ed and bored as I'm now still wearing my engagement ring instead of my wedding ring.
