Sterns Sandton -Worse than pathetic service

Terrible service received at Sandton store <br> I have a defective ring issue , failed quality control as a brand new item .<br> This item was received as a 10 year wedding anniversary gift by my husband.<br> Gugu passed the buck onto Cradlestone branch<br> She needs to be trained on her job <br> She refused to credit us for this ring , and sent us all the way there without the ring! <br> We were refused to be credited by Cradlestoe Mall as well<br> Both branches are fighting with each other as we stood in store <br> This is pathetic behavior ! <br> Still not refunded by this *********** staff! <br> Never again will I want to deal with this store, and it's my first piece of jewellery bought there.<br> By looking at all the other complaints on this website , Sterns is really disappointing! <br> Never again will I want to go through this<br> <br> Such a ruined 10 year anniversary gift experience, thanks to Sterns
