Sterns Rude staff member

I have visited the Menlyn branch on Sunday 19 May 2019 to collect an online order. Molly was standing at the door and the other lady (very friendly) was busy with a customer. Molly did not greed me and I had to turn around and walk back to the door to ask her to help me. She told me she will phone me for collection and I told her that in my previous experience they did not phone me and I might have missed her call. She them immediately said, in a very rude manner I should not say they did not phone me she was on leave and accuse her falsely of being rude. The other lady heard the name and said we have the order and asked Molly to look for it. I stepped out of the shop and my wife waited for the order. Molly continued to be rude and very unpleasant. This will be the last time I will buy anything at Sterns as I have never been treated like this in my life. The other lady who was busy with a customer tried to help but Molly's attitude really left a bad experience with me and if this is how Sterns treat customers. I'm sorry never again.
