Sterns ring

I went to sterns in galleria mall looking for wedding ring we were assisted by Kershnee. She never even helped us to explain which 1 are the best for wedding she only told us u can't extend the ring more than 3 times we ended up taking the cubic zirconia without any knowledge whether it good for wedding or not even knowing its cubic I only saw it on the slip she never explain anything to us. We went to take out our labye and try to exchange the ring to the diamond she keep saying all the rings they have its size L they Cnt extend more than 3times and I ask here to phone and check with other branches she didn't do that she said all da branches got same size. M very disappointed with her service as she was supposed to explain everything to us about the quality of the rings. And she only told us it's R300 to upsize the ring and never explain each upsize it's R300.
