STERNS RIDICULOUS!

Good day, I honestly try and be patient but this is honestly ridiculous now. on the 26th of March my Fiance bought me a ring and as you know on the 27th of March lockdown started. I then noticed the stone was loose in my ring and due to lockdown I couldnt bring it in and I couldnt wear my ring for 2 months. I then came in store and Sterns canal walk sent the ring in for repairs which took a week, i then received the ring back on the 9th of June. The next day I noticed the stone loose again and then I called Sterns again. Today has officially been a month that i've been waiting for this ring that has been in quality control. I personally wouldn't recommend Sterns to anyone. Please, if anyone wants quality and efficient service theres so many other affordable Jewelers in South Africa
