Sterns Order delays
Placed an order on the 18th of November at Clearwater Mall. They said it would be ready for collection in two weeks. I started following up on the 11th of December.
Apparently my parcel was sent to Bella Bella for which ever reason instead of Clearwater Mall. Subsiquent it was sent back to their head office. Now im going on leave without a Christmas present for my wife. The store will only receive it on the 21st of December. I am so disgustingly disappointed by Sterns. I should have never bought anything from them. God knows, I wont ever again!!!!
