Sterns Online is useless.

Sterns managed to send me the wrong item after an online purchase. I immediately notified them of the issue and over a month later I have not received a single email or phone call addressing the issue.

I have called them 9 times and emailed them 3 times. Every time I call they say it has been escalated but no one ever comes back to me. I placed this order on the 15/09/21 it is now the 27/10/21. Disgusting customer service!
