Sterns not giving us bavk our refund money

We returned a ring that we bought on the 27 of March and have still not received our refund amount! If we call you you have alot of “bull****” atories on why it has not been processed!! It is a large ampunt of money that hat you told us at most would take 7 working days because the store did not have cash to give us . We gave all the correct information you needed afterwards via email because your made a mistake on your side and still no regund. If we try to contact you you just keep sayings you are awaiting “head office!!!
