Sterns N1 City Shocking!!!!

In sterns N1 City trying to make a purchase BUT staff on duty CANNOT process transactions as they do not have login credentials. The store doesn't have a manager and have been battling for months to get user credentials. Apparenly, they operate on the 2IC's login details who happens to be off today! Multiple attempts to reach the AM and Head office proves unsuccessful!!! Someone answered Michael's (AM) phone and said to advise the customer to wait until after Michael's meeting????? Shocking, Sterns/TFG you might as well close your doors if you're not equipped to take our money! FYI I'm not the only customer trying to make a "simple" purchase. We've standing around for 40 min +
